My SAS TRANSFORM package is a completely bespoke 1-1 online coaching service, tailored specifically to you and your goal.
This package is for ladies that feel like they have tried everything when it comes to dieting & trying to reach their goals, and are now ready to take a new approach to their fitness journey & achieve results that they never thought was possible.
Your training & nutrition plan will be tailored to YOU, your specific goals, your current lifestyle, fitness levels & abilities. This will be updated weekly to ensure you’re on the right track to FINALLY achieving the results you deserve, whilst also enjoying the process & eating the foods you love!
I will work closely with you to offer as much support as you may need, to educate you so that you can sustain this lifestyle long term & never need to hire another coach again & weekly checkins to keep you accountable during our time working together.
As a fitness coach, I specialise in female transformations, whether that be fat loss, lean muscle building or general improvements to overall health and fitness levels, I’ve got you covered!

I have worked with clients with all types of goals & limitations, and it is such a rewarding part of my job to see how happy my clients are from their time working with me. Not only with their change in physique, improvements in strength & overall fitness abilities, but also the huge shift in mindset, confidence & overall quality of life that they have after our time working together.
I find that a lot of people give up on their fitness goals because they are not seeing the results they deserve. I find that a lot of people get stuck in the YO-YO diet cycle, from being far too restrictive & follow super low calorie diets which don’t meet their nutritional needs, or follow fitness fads which have no evidence to back them up. I find that people can follow gruelling cardio regimes which just isn’t sustainable long term, or non stop HIIT exercises that just aren’t right for their goals.
I too, used to follow these things, thinking that this was the only way to be happy & achieve my fitness goals. It wasn’t until I educated myself & stopped with the fad diets & endless hours of cardio & decided to take a long term approach to my fitness goals, that the game changed & I achieved everything I had ever wanted.
It’s now my goal to help to educate women on how to do their fitness journey the RIGHT WAY, without running themselves into the ground, feeling miserable or restricting themselves.
